Interview with Rachel from Taricaya, Peru (27 mins)

The girls interview the general manager of the Taricaya Reserve - a really special place in the Peruvian Amazon where we were volunteers for two weeks. Rachel has been involved in Taricaya for 24 years, and talks about so many things, including: learning to work with the locals; respecting culture; the evolution of the sanctuary over time; rewilding monkeys; rehabilitating Jaguarundi; connecting with people; the importance of being open-minded; and learning to repair and reuse. (Apologies for the background noises - there is no quiet place in the Amazon!).
