Sia and Anaya interview Barney Swan, the CEO and founder of ClimateForce. Barney talks about adjusting to life moving from London to the Australian rainforest at age 6, and gives advice for the girls as they navigate life - using stories from his life to talk about issues such as moral leadership, attention, creativity, technology, integrity and contribution. Barney is an inspirational leader, and it was great to get some of his deeper thoughts on overcoming challenges and how to make a difference.
